Deep Waters Coaching is a 6 to 12-month coaching commitment that offers a deeply personalized, comprehensive transformation process.

With weekly touchpoints and ongoing support, clients work to dismantle harmful patterns, confront unresolved shame, and reclaim their true selves.
Growth
This journey provides radical advocacy, allowing clients to rewrite old narratives, heal from trauma, and cultivate self-mastery and relational health.

Before my own breakthrough, I was stuck with lies and beliefs about myself and my past that continued to dominate my life and left me feeling worthless. No amount of effort or encouragement was able to bring me up out of the pit and depression. I found a counselor, I put myself in treatment, and I prayed all the time, but nothing seemed to change the inner life that made me feel like the walking dead. Not until I found that the way forward was actually through the pain, not away from it. By engaging with my pain and discovering the gifts it had given me, I was able to see purpose and power had developed where weakness and hopelessness used to live. Today, I help others turn their suffering into a superpower and it continues to give such incredible meaning and fulfillment to my life that I want to share it with anyone who is truly ready to do the work of discovery and healing so they too can experience lives they are deeply proud of.
